We mainly deliver within Australia however we can also deliver to the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. Please send us an email and we can calculate the postage cost.

Australia
We use Australia Post for posting around Australia. Delivery time frames can vary from 4-8 days depending on your location in Australia. Red Lotus combines postage costs depending on item bought. Please contact us before you purchase multiple items so we can apply a postage discount.
You can choose to receive orders via:
- Standard Post
- Express post is available - please email us if you require this service. Please note there is an $2 charge added to the standard postage cost
International - USA, Canada, UK
Delivery times vary please allow 7 - 14 days for delivery. Please email us before you purchase your item.
Returns Policy
There is a 14 day return period from the date you received the goods.
Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging intact. There is a 10% restocking fee for the items which are returned.
Original postage fees are not refundable. Items which are discounted or on sale are not refundable.
Returning goods
Please email Red Lotus Handcrafted Jewellery and let us know what you wish to return and reason for return. You will then be issued a returns number.
Enclose a copy of the original invoice with the return. Ensure the items are packaged securely.
